From Industrial Engineering to Higher Education Leadership and Decision Analytics
Distinguished Professor and higher education leader with more than 15 years in senior university administration. Since being named Distinguished Professor in 2013, he has served as Vice President for Academic Affairs, Vice President for Financial Affairs, Dean of the College of Business, Dean of Research and Development, and Dean of International Affairs at National Taipei University.
A prolific researcher, he has led nearly 50 funded projects and published 81 journal articles. His research spans operations research, data envelopment analysis, ESG and sustainability performance, and healthcare and energy policy analytics.
He is passionate about bridging rigorous research with real-world impact in management, data analytics, and higher education leadership.
